Queensway Services Ltd. is a crew manning agency founded in Batumi, Georgia in 1999 as the offspring of extensive marine experience held by its founders and its one of the biggest employers of Georgian seafarers. We are committed in providing qualified, certified and medically fit seafarers in accordance with National and International rules and regulations through a fair and transparent system for employment at sea.

Our Company is approved by the Maritime Transport Agency of Georgia since 2013, operates in accordance to ISO 9001:2015, and complies with the regulations of the Maritime Labor Convention (MLC) 2006 on voluntary basis.

Loyalty to our commitments has earned us recognition of high prestige. Honored by the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia in 2017, with a Certificate of Appreciation on “Exceptional Records on Georgian Seafarers Employment and for Developing Outstanding Crewing Services”

Enhancing the local community is our primary target and we pursue this via abiding to all the provisions of the MLC as the base of our work. Thus, we guarantee a range of key entitlements for seafarers, covering issues of work and life onboard such as timely payment of wages, leave, repatriation and medical care and wellbeing onboard without any obligation by the seafarer to us. To reach this level of offering, our staff is the heaviest investment we have conducted so far, translated in continuous training and familiarization of the shipping environment in order to raise awareness. We are mastering the kind of awareness that will identify and eliminate the dangers that may occur in marine employment for a seafarer before he joins his vessel. Any kind of discrimination, forceful or underage employment is non-negotiable to our company.
