Certificate course for representatives of SMEs continues at the Corporate Sustainability Academy of the UN Global Compact Network Georgia.

In the module – Ethical Leadership, the participants discussed the concept of leadership, different leadership styles, leadership qualities, and skills. They also touched on ethical leadership and the importance of ethical decisions, values, norms, attitudes, and behaviors. Furthermore, the participants elaborated on ethical leadership models and provided examples of ethical dilemmas.

The activity is carried out with the support of The USAID Economic Security Program and in cooperation with the Swedish government.
