In 2024, HeidelbergCement Georgia moved to another level of development and created a new brand that meets European standards – Hunnewell Cement, which will continue HeidelbergCement Georgia’s successful activities together with a team with a long-standing experience.

Hunnewell Cement’s main goal is to became the main pivot for the industry’s development based on the long-term experience and with innovative vision; Hunnewell Cement plans to be a brand tailored to the local market’s needs and oriented towards creating fast and quality services.

The company operates two full cycle plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, a cement mill in Poti, two enterprises producing aggregates, a cement terminal in Supsa and 7 stationary and 9 mobile concrete plants across the country. It’s noteworthy that Hunnewell Cement is the only company producing clinker in the country. Our company directly employs approximately 1,200 individuals and supports the employment of over 5,000 additional people through contractors and sub-contractors. Hunnewell Cement’s philosophy is formed by its legacy and main idea – “Foundation for Progress”.

HeidelbergCement Georgia has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and it’s an undisputed leader on the Georgian cement and concrete market. HeidelbergCement Georgia during its 17 years of operation has made more than 200 million Euro investments that were mainly oriented on existing cement plants modernization and expansion in the concrete business line.
