Priorities:
The company has a complex approach to achieving Goal 1. Crystal’s mission is to strengthen small and medium-sized enterprises in Georgia, as well as to strengthen employment and entrepreneurial activities among young people within the framework of the “School of Young Entrepreneurs”, which also responds to the achievement of the 8th goal. To achieve Quality Education the company aims to create professional development opportunities for employees, as well as for young people and those interested in working in the financial sector. To achieve Gender Equality, Crystal joined WEPs in 2016 as one of the first five Georgian companies who signed the WEPs Principles. Crystal ensures gender equality in the workplace, in 2017, Crystal, in collaboration with the United Nations Women, developed an Action Plan for the Empowerment of Women.
