To this end, daughter companies SOCAR Georgia Gas, SOCAR Georgia Petroleum and SOCAR Georgia Security were set up under the ownership of SOCAR Energy Georgia.
SOCAR Georgia Gas has conducted an extensive gasification program throughout Georgia. More than 20,600 kilometers of pipelines have been developed and rehabilitated in the country that allows to supply gas to over 905,345 customers.
SOCAR Georgia Petroleum carries out wholesale and retail sales of oil products, operates over 107 filling stations and a chain of convenience stores located on the premises of the station network.
Yet another member company of the group is The Kulevi Oil Terminal – an oil and oil products transshipment terminal, which has been operating since May 2008. The terminal has an annual capacity of 2.5-3 mln tons per year.
