COP28 organized by the UN Global Compact Network Spain – SBTi Leading Companies

On December 5th, Salome Zurabishvili moderated a session at COP28 organized by the UN Global Compact Network Spain – SBTi Leading Companies. The panelists engaged in discussions about corporate initiatives addressing climate action, emphasizing the significance of private sector commitment to the Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).

The conversation delved into the primary challenges faced in this regard and proposed strategies for overcoming them. Moreover, the discourse touched upon the proactive measures the private sector must take to accelerate progress toward achieving Sustainable Development Goals.
