Idea Pitching – HOW TO WORK WITH BUSINESS

In partnership with the USAID Civil Society Engagement Program (CSEP), UN Global Compact Network Georgia conducted a training course – “How to work with Business.”

During the first part of the training, special attention was paid to cooperation between civil society and business representatives. Herewith, in terms of sectoral collaboration, practical examples have been identified. Rati Zautashvili, the Senior Manager of Business Relations of UN Global Compact Network Georgia, covered the thematic directions mentioned above. As per the second part of the training, Ana Ttulashvili, Director of the Fund of Bank of Georgia’s “Tree of Life,” stressed the importance of multistakeholder partnership from the private sector’s perspective.

Within the working group’s framework, 14 representatives of Civil society Representatives participated. In compliance with the thematic direction of the training “How to work with Business,” various project proposals have been presented to facilitate a fruitful future relationship and further strengthen the partnership collaboration.
