Human Resources Management Professionals’ Association 

 is the union of professionals. The association is the development platform with the particular focus on HR and Organizational Development for HR Managers, organizations, and practitioners working in this area.HRPA • Georgia is oriented on integration and implementation of international standards in the field of HR, it also targets to raise awareness on healthy working environment, among public and private sector actors in Georgia.

HRPA Georgia’ goals are as following:

1. Raising awareness about Human Resources Management and Organizational Development among public and private sector actors, in order to ensure acknowledgment of those as the key directions and triggers for the sustainable development;
2. Development of the Human Resources Management field in Georgia, through harmonized integration of international standards and best practices;
3. Development the competences of the existing and future professionals by sharing the experiences, information, building partnerships and creating access to various opportunities;

HRPA Georgia has been established by the local and international professionals, holding long term professional expertise, in conjunction with the consultancy experience in private and public sectors.

HRPA Georgia is proud to have on board such international consultants as Camelia Bulat, Antony Peter Little, Viviane Harnois, each of them possess an outstanding international expertise in the area of Human Resources Management and Organizational Development.

HRPA Georgia is a member of international organizations such as the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the United Nations Global Compact Georgia Network (GCNG).

Priorities:
The Association continuously promotes the personal and professional growth of member and non-member HR professionals through the introduction of various non-formal education programs.

The association collaborates with UN Women Georgia to train HR professionals to raise their awareness on gender equality and on its importance in companies.

Establishing partnerships with any sector to bring positive change is also one of the main starting points for the organization.
