Promoting Anti-Discrimination Policy in the Private Sector

Within the framework of the cooperation between the Global Compact Network Georgia and the Union “Sapari”, a series of training on “Promoting Anti-Discrimination Policy in the Private Sector” was held in December for Georgian companies participating in the UN Global Initiative – Target Gender Equality.

The topics of the meetings included the anti-discrimination policy in labor and pre-contractual relations, international and local mechanisms for combating discrimination, discrimination in the workplace, equal access to employee development, current trends in international advertising and etc.
