Governance for Sustainability

Certificate course for representatives of SMEs continues at the Corporate Sustainability Academy of the UN Global Compact Network Georgia.

In the module – Governance for Sustainability, participants discussed the corporate governance methods in different jurisdictions, The evolution of corporate governance, the Description of corporate governance systems, etc. Participants engaged in interactive discussions on frameworks, ethical decision-making, and stakeholder management. During the session, participants analyzed a case study that helped them apply theoretical knowledge to practical sustainability situations.
