5-th and Final Module of the Acceleration Program Target Gender Equality

The UN Global Compact Network Georgia organized the fifth and final module of the acceleration program Target Gender Equality. Within the meeting framework, the participants consolidated all the learnings gained during the program and shared their action plans.

After this session, program participants will be able to draft KPIs to track progress, transparently report on progress, and communicate to make a unified strategy for gender equality.

Target Gender Equality is an accelerator program for companies participating in the United Nations Global Compact. It aims to deepen their implementation of the Women’s Empowerment Principles and strengthen their contribution to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 5.5, which calls for women’s full participation and equal opportunities for leadership by 2030, as well as SDG 8.5, which aims to achieve equal pay for work of equal value by 2030.
