CSEP – Training ‘How to Work with Business’

The UN Global Compact Network Georgia, in partnership with the USAID Civil Society Engagement Program, conducted a training course titled ‘How to Work with Business.’

During the initial segment of the training, special emphasis was given to the significance of collaboration between civil society and business representatives. Practical examples of sectoral collaboration were identified during this phase. Rati Zautashvili, the Senior Manager of Business Relations at UN Global Compact Network Georgia, covered the aforementioned thematic directions.

In the second part of the training, Tapi Zakariadze – the Head of the Corporate Social Responsibility Department at Liberty, shared her experiences with representatives from civil society organizations, offering insights from the private sector perspective. Aligned with the training’s thematic focus on ‘How to Work with Business,’ various project proposals were presented to facilitate future fruitful relationships and strengthen partnership collaboration.

Within the working group’s framework, 11 representatives from Civil Society Organizations actively participated.
