Empowerment of women is a priority of Gepra

Gepra Consulting Group is one of the five companies that were the first in the world in developing and approving an Action Plan for the Empowerment of Women in 2017.

As a result of the implementation of the plan, anti-discrimination clauses are envisaged in the internal regulations of the organization and the employment contract. A Complaint mechanism has been introduced. A training and mentoring system has been put in place to support the education, training, and professional development of working women. The principles of women’s empowerment have been adapted to ensure strong corporate governance and gender equality in the company. The director of Gepra is a woman. Moreover, in the organization, the majority of women are represented in senior management positions.

Promoting women’s education, training and professional development is one of the priorities of Gepra’s future plan. Through the PR School, the organization plans to continue working to eliminate gender equality and discrimination against women. Training will be provided for young women aged 18 to 24 who grow up in orphanages and want to develop their self-esteem and job search skills. The campaign “More Women in Technology and IT” is planned to raise awareness on the topic of women’s empowerment.
